About MSB Holdings, LLC.
MSB Holdings is a
single member Limited Liability Corporation and real estate holding
company for a number of properties in the Madison area. It has fourteen
units located primarily on the near east side, and as such, is relatively
small company.
The primary member, Michael Bonebrake has been
involved in the real estate industry for 10 years. Bonebrake began
buying real estate in 1995 with a friend and business partner
who, together, formed their company William Scott Properties (WSP).
WSP thrived for years until the business
grew large enough to allow an amicable split into what are now MSB
Holdings and William Scott Properties. Many of the buildings MSB
Holdings currently own were purchased in the early years of the
original company’s existence.
Often times the business partners sought
out buildings with a lot of original charm such as hardwood floors
or leaded stained glass windows. They worked on the homes and tried
to bring out the beauty originally built into them.
MSB Holdings fees that this pride of
ownership still shows in the buildings and is part of what allows
us the honor of continued tenant renewals year after year.

You may find it strange that the office address is in Los Angeles
but I travel extensively between the two cities and simply do most
administrative work at my Los Angeles address. Rest assured I use
several maintenance crews based in Madison to respond to your needs.
