Directions to apply for an apartment:

Call us to let us know you are applying.
It is helpful if you call and let us know you will be applying so we can look for the application in the mail and process it quickly once it arrives.
We rent apartments on a first come, first serve basis to qualifying tenants.

Put down the security deposit.
Ultimately, the security deposit (one months rent) is what holds the apartment for you. Once we have the deposit, we remove
advertisements for the unit and tell other parties it is no longer available. If you provide the security deposit, the apartment is yours
(provided your application is approved). Please read our policy regarding security deposits before you do this. It will explain your rights and responsibilities when paying the deposit.

Reserve the apartment
If you are really interested in the apartment and want to reserve it before anyone else, we suggest you put a deposit
down immediately through our secure system on this site (paypal). You may also send a check in the mail with your application.
