If you are paying your monthly rent with paypal you must pay the full amount of your rent + the shipping fees which cover the cost of paypal. You may not reduce your rent by the amount of the fees. If you are seeing this notice for the first time and need to send an check instead, feel free to call me to make arrangements. Thanks very much for your cooperation.

To pay Rent or Security Deposit with a credit card, click the PayPal button. If you have never sent money this way before, you will have to answer a few questions. The whole process takes only a couple of minutes.

Be sure to read the section on security deposits under the "Tenant Info" section before sending your money.

NOTE! There is a fee in the shipping and handling section which we charge to cover the fees of using PayPal. If you don't want to pay the fee, please pay rent with a check!

In the amount / quantity box in PayPal, enter the amount of money in whole dollars (no cents) that you want to send. For example, if you want to pay $500, enter 500 in the box.
