Move in information - non 8/15

Welcome to your apartment with Msb Holdings. Below you’ll find instructions and links to information about your upcoming move-in. 

Please email us to schedule your appointment to pick up keys to your apartment at 2562 East Johnson St. the day your lease begins. Remember, before you pick up your keys, you will need submit the receipt of check in form, pay the first month’s rent, and the remainder of your security deposit if any. Please communicate with your roommates before you arrive at our office to make sure you have everyone’s share. 

Below are steps to take prior to move in:

Acknowledge receipt of our check in form 

Understand Maintenance procedures and explanation of emergencies. Note: texting for administrative or maintenance concerns is acceptable for more pressing issues, but please limit them to regular business hours unless it’s an emergency.

Pay your rent or security deposit online!

Set up your internet service if want it.

If applicable, register your vehicle with us.

Take a moment to find out when your trash day is.

Take a moment to understand winter parking regulations.

If you heat or electric, call Mg&E to set up your utilities - 608-252-7222. Note: water bills are send from MSB and do not need to be set up in your name.

Once moved in fill out and submit your check in sheet,  which is used to document any damage in your apartment upon move in. If you’d prefer to print and fill out the form, you can get a printable copy here.
